Use this application only if your property is in a development served by sub-meters.

What you will need

A rental advice form is not your rental agreement. Ask your estate agent, management company or landlord to provide it. Download the rental advice form (Word document, 16 KB).

If you are unsure whether your property requires a sub-meter application, contact Customer Services before applying.

Download the blank AMC1 consent form (PDF) for the main-meter consumer to complete.

Company applicants can download the blank Direct Debit form (PDF) for their supporting documents.

Prefer a paper form? Download the sub-meter application (PDF). Print and complete it, then return it to AquaGib by post.
