Making life easier for our customers
We recognise that our customers are busy people with hectic lives, so we are constantly improving our services to simplify things for you. We realise that it isn’t always possible, convenient or even necessary to make the journey down to our offices just to pick up a form, only to then have to complete and return it. This is why we have created a one-stop-shop online for you to locate and download all the necessary forms for all the different services you may require. Just have a look below; they’re all there!
All of the below forms can be completed electronically.
Simply select the form you require and fill it in electronically. Once completed you will receive a copy of the form by email.
AquaGib will automatically receive a copy of the form once completed. Once we verify the correct form has been used and completed.
If the forms have been completed under a company name you will require to submit the following:
- Company stamp will need to accompany the signature on the form unless the form has been completed via the digital signature process.
- Company’s certificate of incorporation will also be required.
- A direct debit form to be completed.
All applications for potable water require a refundable deposit will also need to be made on application plus a £34.50 administration fee.
This is the standard application that most customers will need.

In the case of construction companies and estate management companies, this is the form that needs to be completed.
