How to read your meter
When reading your water meter, record all the black numbers and the first red number. Meter types and the number of digits may differ, but always read up to and including the first red digit. Do not include any red digits after it.
Our meter readers read all meters, but sometimes cannot access meters inside properties when no one is available to let them in. You can use this form to send us your meter reading.
