We have upgraded our systems to allow us to e-mail you your invoices as well as allow you to pay them online. Our new system works as follows:

  1. Apply

 In order to receive your invoices by e-mail and pay online you need to apply for the service which you can do by filling in a simple form, which can be requested via an email to: customerservice@aquagib.gi.

It is important to note that, once you apply for this service, you will no longer receive any invoices by post - all your invoices will only be sent to you by e-mail.

  1. Receive Invoice
    When you receive your invoice by e-mail you will notice that it closely resembles our printed version. You can print this out yourself for your records if you require. Most importantly, the e-mail will include a link (URL) which, when you click on it, will take you to your payment page where you can then pay for it online.
  2. Make Payment
    Your payment page will allow you to check that your details are correct and provide you with full instructions on how to continue to enter your credit/debit card details on our Secure WorldPay Site.
    Note that, at present, you can only pay your current month total balance due! The current system will not allow you to part-pay your bill, nor pay for previous months. Therefore, if you wish to pay online, you must be completely up to date or prepared to bring yourself up to date on the first payment.
    Alternatively, even though you have received your invoice by e-mail, you can still pay in the usual way by popping into our offices or posting us a cheque.
  3. Receive Receipt
    Once your online payment has been made you will receive confirmation of the payment by e-mail from WorldPay. This e-mail is your receipt and should be treated as such - you can print it out for your records if necessary, and it should be quoted in all correspondence with ourselves should you have any queries. The payment will also be shown as a credit in your next invoice.

Direct Debit Users
Please note that this service is not available to those currently paying via direct debit. If you prefer to pay online and wish to change from direct debit please contact us on telephone 20041288.
