CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/AGENT
AquaGib Ltd invites applications for the post of Temporary Customer Service Representative/Agent Part time (afternoons) (Privilege & Concession days and Christmas office closure cover) within our Customer Services Department(Contract end date 31 March 2026).
This position is offered on a temporary basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Monday to Thursday ‐ start: 11:30, finish: 15:30 \ Friday ‐ start: 11:15, finish: 15:00
If you are interested in working in the water industry and can work within a professional organisation dedicated providing the best possible service to our customers in Gibraltar, then you could be a potential candidate to to join our front line Customer Services team.
The minimum academic qualifications required are five GCSEs grades 4-9 or equivalent. Passes must include English Language and Mathematics. Computer skills are an advantage. Alternatively five years relevant experience in a Customer Service role shall be considered as suitable.
The ability to work well within a team, show excellent communication and listening skills, be courteous and always treat customers with respect.
